For projects, ownership of the final delivered product transfers to the client upon full payment, though Praksis LLC may showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Praksis LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately for failure to adhere to these terms or for inappropriate conduct.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Turkey, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ankara. International consumer protection laws may also apply.
